Driver history

CalderaRIP V19:
- In this version, a dedicated ML driver have been developed so that you can benefit from new improvements to the multilayer feature, particularly when loading multilayer files from PrimeCenter. Additionally, some features incompatible with multilayer printing have been disabled during the loading of these files to reduce the risk of operation errors. Learn more.
  
  Warning
  
  If a multilayer driver ("-ML") is available for your printer, you can use it without having to purchase an additional driver. However, please note that only one driver can be used at a time.
  Before switching to the multilayer driver, make sure you re-import your customised colour management settings and presets. Learn more.
CalderaRIP V18.1.1:
- We've resolved an issue that caused the software to crash when printing a single-layer image.

CalderaRIP V18.1:
- Correction of a problem in this driver that prevented the processing of multi-resolution jobs, causing them to get stuck in the Spooler.

CalderaRIP V17.3:
- It is no longer possible to use the multi-page settings available in the Main tab of Page Setup in combination with S&R (Step&Repeat). This is to avoid production issues due to incompatibilities with both tabs.

CalderaRIP V17:
- Revision A: Now this driver has only one default resolution, which prompts you to import the SQPE file into the ServerAdmin module.
  
  Caution
  
  Printing is not possible without importing the SQPE file.
  When using the "Nest" action, the job will remain on hold in the Spooler. When using the "Print" action, you will get a "driver error" message.
CalderaRIP V16.3:
- Following an update on these printers' controllers (Lory V3.3), now both drivers support the latest specifications on the exchange format (SQPE file).
