How to install Caldera Direct-to-X RIP?

Prerequisite

A valid Caldera Direct-to-X RIP license. Your Caldera contact can provide you with a demo license.

1. Get the installation file

Caldera Direct-to-X RIP is not officially public, so the installation files are unavailable on our WorkSpace. You can download it directly from CalderaDock or the links below:

2. Install the software

Once you have downloaded the appropriate installation file for your system, double-click it to begin the installation.

 

3. Activate your license

The activation and registration of new licenses is a simple process that can be performed through our CalderaDock toolbox. 

You can download the latest version from WorkSpace's dashboard and then read the complete guide to activate and register your license.

4. Explore your software

Start your Direct-to-X experience by checking out all the modules that integrate the software.

  Warning - For macOS users

On macOS, the first time you launch the software, you will be asked to grant full disk access to an executable called calapisvc-caldera-Direct-to-X. This step is really important, otherwise, the software may not work as expected.
