These errors can occur due to various reasons, such as using an outdated version, having multiple printers of the same model, or exceeding the maximum number of users.

"No [name of the printer] key (00260004)"

This error occurs when two printers of the same model are used simultaneously, and the license only supports one. To troubleshoot this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Check the current version and build of CalderaRIP.

  2. In CalderaDock, go to the Licenses tab. Select the attached license and check the assigned printers by model:
    1. If the license is in use, consider restarting the printer driver and updating to the latest build.
    2. If another printer is using the license, assign another driver or purchase an additional license.
    3. Stop the printer driver if it is already assigned or in use.

"No more keys for this application (00260004)"

This error occurs when all available users in the license are in use. In this example the license has 10 Users and 2 of them are in use:

To troubleshoot this issue, check the following points:

  1. Close any other instances of CalderaRIP and re-open it on the workstation with the error message.
    1. Note that, after ripping and printing, a printer driver will free up the license for another instance.
  2. Open a web browser on the license host and enter localhost:1947 to access the Sentinel Admin Control Center:
    1. Under the Sessions tab, check all connected devices and disconnect any suspicious sessions:
  3. Check if you have already used the total number of users allowed. If this is the case, contact the sales team to add new users to your license.
