When clicking on the reboot button when asked at the end of the installation, please do not force reboot by yourself. Some configurations run in the background and it can appear to be relatively slow, specifically on Virtual Machines. You could end up with an unfinished installation.

Caution - Known issues
- Shared folder (fixed with CalderaDock V1.15): On Linux Debian 10, CalderaRIP V15.1 no more installs default autofs and samba configurations, so you can not share folder with other workstations on the network. Workaround
- Mimaki drivers (fixed with CalderaRIP V15.1.1): On Linux OS, the USB libraries that are packaged with CalderaRIP V15.1 are generating conflicts with Mimaki printers over USB. Workaround
- Gamut: (fixed with CalderaRIP V15.1.2) On Linux OS, the 3D Gamut view doesn't work. No issue on macOS.

Warning
With CalderaRIP V15.1, it is recommended to update Caldera TotalColor spectrophotometers (Barbieri LFP spectrophotometers) to latest firmware available using Barbieri Gateway software.
For Caldera TotalColor qb (Barbieri LFP qb), it is required to be at least at firmware V6.89.

Access a shared folder
If you need to access a shared folder on another workstation, please follow the below process to set up default autofs and samba configurations:
- Download the .zip file: Autofs-Samba-Debian10.zip.
- Extract the .zip file.
- Go to the folder Autofs-Samba-Debian10.
- Double-click on the installer Autofs Samba Debian10.
- Enter credentials and the installation will start.
You are now able to mount your shared folders.
Mimaki printers with USB connection on Linux OS
If you are experiencing a loss of connection with a Mimaki printer over USB after upgrading to CalderaRIP V15.1, and if you can not use ethernet connection on your printer, please follow the below process as root user (admin):
- Open the folder
/opt/caldera/lib/x86_64/. - Delete all the files starting with "libusb".
- Then restart services in CalderaDock or restart your computer.
This will switch to the OS original libraries that are older and should work like before.
